This project aims to provide a safe and comfortable place that welcome people to the new vibrant mixed-use development in Downtown Cincinnati’s riverfront area.

The Nest transforms the empty L&N Loop site at 640 East Pete Rose Way in the southeast corridor of downtown to a bustling new development that will bring together apartment, nightlife, restaurant, retail, and public spaces with an emphasis on healthy and green living. The growing neighborhood has unlimited access to Cincinnati’s surging urban core and the Newport area. By extending current pathways through The Nest to popular destinations and working locations, such as the Central Business District to the west and north, this design will drive foot traffic directly through the plaza and along the ground floor of the retail, restaurant, and nightlife spaces. The complex will serve as a pillar for
urban living in the greater Cincinnati area.
